Hi all,
We are starting the new year with some great meetings. With the new year, we have some exciting things happening within the chapter. We are currently working on hybrid and in person options for meetings to get back together. I don’t know about you, but I have missed seeing everyone together.
This is my last year as President with my term ending in June. We are currently looking for members that are interested in stepping into officer roles, if you are interested, please reach out to any of your officers. It is a great way to give back to the chapter and to assist with our continued growth. I am looking forward to 2022 and seeing you all soon.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Miles
President, Greater Tidewater Chapter

Joint Meeting with the GTC and the Colonial Chapter
Dinner was delicious, the location on the water was beautiful and the comradery was grand at the November joint meeting with GTC and the Colonial chapter. Michelle Twilley from AIHA provided some valuable insights on the updated Fed OSHA Emergency Standard for COVID-19. Bill Burge shared some current COVID-19 updates and background on how it is impacting VOSH officials day to day activities.
Old and new chapter members gathered together for a few photos, including some student representation from ODU! The photo below was taken in front of a 27 million dollar (appraised) Jackson Pollack painting!
Thank you Colonial Chapter for hosting this wonderful event and inviting us to be a part of it with you!
