Tell us about a professional success story that you are proud of
One success story that sticks out to me is from when I first got into a safety role. I was new to safety and yet to earn much respect from the field employees. There was one gentleman that had been with the company a while and was very experienced. One day, he was not wearing his gloves, so I promptly corrected him. He was not happy about it at all though. A couple hours later, he almost suffered a large cut on one of his hands but fortunately the gloves helped reduce it to a small scratch. After that, I never had any issues with him.
